Recovery at a hotel isn't one product — it's a menu of billable moments, each charged seamlessly to the room. Price bands are indicative and set per property.

In-room upsell

Signature circuits, charged to the folio.

Named 25–60 minute circuits — from a €120 morning activation to a €240 pre-event glow — booked impulsively in the app and billed to the room. €120–180 per session is the working band. See the circuits →

Stay packages

Wellness built into the rate.

Pre-booked stay add-ons — three nights, two circuits and a consult at €300–450 — lift the booking value before the guest even arrives.

Beyond the guest list

Day passes and local membership.

With your approval, the floor serves non-guests too: €150–200 day passes and a local membership club that turns quiet weekday capacity into recurring subscription revenue — the largest single stream in our operating model.

Concierge health

From vitamin shots to full panels.

IV drips, vitamin shots and bloodwork with a wellness-protocol consult — delivered on-site with a licensed local medical partner who carries the clinical side. A single guest visit can reach €600–1,500 across services.

Supplements, water, essentials.

Curated supplements and recovery retail on the shelf and in vending — taken freely, billed automatically, restocked by us.

Diligence

Operations, answered plainly.

Who cleans, maintains and restocks?

AVEA does. Consumables, supplements and essentials are inventory-tracked and restocked automatically; equipment is maintained on a scheduled cycle by our technicians. Room turnover integrates with your housekeeping rhythm.

Is it safe for guests to use unattended?

Every guest is screened before every protocol. The system checks contraindications, adapts session parameters to the individual, guides each step by voice, and can stop a session at any moment. Modalities are configured to conservative, hospitality-appropriate settings.

What about liability and insurance?

AVEA operates the amenity and carries operator-side cover; the commercial structure defines the split precisely, and we work within your insurer's requirements during design.

How is guest data handled?

Session and biomarker data are health data and are treated that way: GDPR-compliant, consent-first, stored securely, never sold, and visible to the guest as their own longevity record. The property sees utilisation — never personal health data.

What does the property need to provide?

Space, power, water and connectivity. We assess all four in the walkthrough and design within what your building offers.

What staffing does it require from us?

None at the door. Your concierge team gets a simple briefing so they can speak about AVEA; everything else — booking, access, guidance, billing — is handled by the system.
