Who we are

AVEA is a recovery-technology amenity operator. For anything on this page, write to partners@avea.space.

What we collect on this site

Nothing automatically, beyond standard server logs — IP address, browser user agent and pages requested — kept briefly for security and capacity planning. We run no analytics, set no cookies and embed no trackers.

If you email us, we keep the contents of your message and use it solely to respond to you.

Guest health data, in-suite

Where AVEA operates inside a property, session data and biomarkers are health data under the GDPR, and we treat them that way:

• Collected only with the guest's explicit consent, before any protocol.
• Used to guide the guest's protocol and maintain their personal longevity record.
• Stored encrypted, within the EU.
• Never sold. Never shared with the property in identifiable form — the property sees utilisation, not people.
• Accessible to the guest at any time: they can view, export or delete their record.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to your data, correction, erasure, portability, or to object to processing. Write to us and we will act on it. You can also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD (Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados).
